What to include in a bug report
- The exact tool name and page URL.
- Your browser and device or operating system.
- The input file format and approximate file size.
- The exact error message shown on screen.
- Whether the issue happens with one file or every file you try.
Do not email confidential files unless they are genuinely required for troubleshooting and you are comfortable sharing them.
Image Converter server issues
If the Image Converter shows that the server check failed, mention whether you are testing on live hosting or a local static server. Advanced conversion needs PHP to execute the converter endpoint and the production server must have the relevant image libraries/codecs enabled.
